This city residential scheme provides high end and affordable apartments set above underground parking with a landscape garden area in the centre.
A key element of the planning and site layout required the provision of a public space and routes through, connecting the development with adjacent areas and implementing improvements to the streetscape and the London underground station opposite.
Bespoke stone planters contain semi mature trees. Irrigation, seating and lighting is integral to the central landscape space.
