Matching Lane 

Project completion October 2024.    
 

Our Matching Lane project adds a large rear extension to a full refurbishment of a 1960s detached house. Formx Architects adopted key construction methods and materials, developed over a series of projects, which have proved to be effective in providing a high quality of finish and spatial layouts, with low maintenance and energy use.

 

The replacement of all windows combined with high levels of roof and wall insulation, has resulted in the thermal performance of the whole building, far exceeding the current building regulation U-Values.
